Merchant Account Requirements

In order to complete your account, we will need to review your request. Please use the following list to help ensure you meet all of our requirements.

  • Is there an area on your site that contains contact information so your buyers know how to get in touch with you?
  • Are your products not part of our Prohibited Products List shown under our Terms and Conditions
  • Do you have a contact address for your business on your website? This address can be either the physical address for your business - OR - a P.O. Box located in the same area (city/state/country)

    • Required documents for businesses on the application as part of the KYC process:

    • Proof of Address
    • ID: A copy of valid government issued ID for each of the individuals listed in the Business Ownership details
    • Company documents required if the account is opened under a company name: CR14
    • Bank account details
    • Proof of bank account in the name of the company e.g bank statement
